The acquisition process is designed to be clear, organized, and carefully overseen from selection through delivery. Each artwork page includes the details needed to make an informed choice, including the title, collection, edition information, presentation options, available sizes, pricing, and what is included with the acquisition.
Selecting an Artwork
Each artwork page presents one image at a time so the work can be considered without distraction. You may review the meaning of the piece, available presentation options, sizes, edition details, and acquisition information before making a selection.
Some collectors are drawn first to the image itself. Others begin with a space in mind, such as a living room, entryway, bedroom, office, healthcare environment, hospitality setting, or architectural wall.
Both approaches are valid. The right choice often begins with the artwork that continues to hold your attention.
Choosing a Presentation
Each artwork is offered in selected presentation options chosen for that specific image.
Available options may include acrylic, framed fine art print, metal, or unframed fine art print.
Not every presentation will feel the same in a room.
Acrylic offers depth and luminosity.
Framed fine art prints offer timeless character.
Metal offers clarity and contemporary durability.
Unframed fine art prints offer flexibility for custom framing.

Choosing a Size
Available sizes are carefully scaled to preserve the artwork’s original composition and visual integrity. Some works are square, some vertical, and some horizontal. For this reason, each artwork page lists the sizes selected for that specific image.
Size affects how the artwork is experienced within a room. A smaller work may feel intimate and contemplative. A medium work may bring balance and versatility. A larger work may become a defining presence within the space.

Submitting an Acquisition Request
Once an artwork has been selected, the next step is to submit an acquisition request through the studio. Collectors are asked to include the artwork title, preferred size, preferred presentation, shipping city and state, and any questions or placement needs.
Each request is personally reviewed before payment is completed. This allows the selected artwork, presentation, size, availability, and shipping details to be confirmed before the work enters production.
Reviewing Your Selection
Before completing an acquisition, the selected artwork, presentation, size, quantity, and price should be reviewed carefully. This step is important.
It allows the collector to confirm that the selected artwork, medium, and size are correct before payment is completed. The goal is to make the process clear before the artwork enters production.
Payment
After the acquisition details are reviewed and confirmed, secure payment details are provided by the studio. Payment is not requested until the artwork title, presentation, size, pricing, and shipping details have been confirmed.
This helps ensure the acquisition is clear from the beginning and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth communication. Sales tax, when required, is handled according to the delivery location and applicable rules.
Order Confirmation
After payment is received, the order details are reviewed. This includes the artwork title, selected presentation, size, quantity, collector information, shipping details, and any necessary notes related to the acquisition.
If clarification is needed, the studio may contact the collector before production begins. Once the details are confirmed, the artwork moves into production.
Production
Each artwork is produced through a professional fine art production process using the selected presentation and size. The purpose of this stage is to create the artwork as a finished fine art object, not simply as a printed image.
Attention is given to the quality of the print, the selected material, the final presentation, and the faithful rendering of atmosphere, color, tone, and detail.
Artist Inspection
Before the artwork is prepared for final delivery, it is personally overseen and inspected.
This step helps ensure that the finished piece reflects the quality, presentation, and care expected from the studio.
Inspection may include reviewing the surface, color, detail, presentation quality, and overall condition before the artwork is released to the collector.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each limited-edition artwork includes a serialized Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate documents the title, edition number, presentation, size, and studio record connected to the artwork.
This certificate should be kept in a safe place, as it remains part of the artwork’s history and provenance.
Packaging
Each artwork is prepared for shipment with care. Packaging is selected to protect the presentation during transit and to help preserve the condition of the artwork as it travels to the collector.
The packaging method may vary depending on the size and presentation selected. Smaller unframed fine art prints may be shipped flat when appropriate. Larger unframed fine art prints may be securely protected and shipped in a tube for custom framing.
Acrylic, metal, and framed works require protective packaging suitable to their size, surface, and structure.
Insured Shipping
Listed prices include professional packaging and insured shipping within the continental United States. Tracking information is provided when available.
Shipping times may vary depending on production, inspection, packaging, carrier schedules, and delivery location. For larger statement works or special delivery situations, additional coordination may be required.
Receiving the Artwork
When the artwork arrives, the package should be inspected before disposal of any packaging materials. If the package appears damaged, it is helpful to photograph the exterior before opening.
After opening, the artwork should be inspected carefully. If damage is found, the collector should keep the original packaging and contact the studio promptly so the issue can be addressed through the insured shipping process.
Ready to Hang or Frame
Acrylic, metal, and framed fine art print presentations are intended to arrive ready to hang.
Unframed fine art prints are prepared for collectors who prefer to work with their own local framing professional.
For larger, heavier, or more complex placements, professional installation may be recommended.
Installation services are not included unless specially arranged in writing.
After Delivery
Once the artwork has arrived safely, it becomes part of the collector’s environment. Care recommendations are available to help preserve the beauty and integrity of the piece over time.
Collectors are encouraged to keep the Certificate of Authenticity, receipt, and any studio correspondence connected to the artwork. These records help preserve the artwork’s history, edition status, and provenance.
