Still Life in Quarantine
Updated: Jan 20
During my own stay at home for the time being I put this together the other day. I look back at times what artist did in their times of isolations and quarantines. I know this is not humanities first go around at this through the ages. Artist find themselves looking even more inward, but we cope. We are driven to.
I lean on old world history and art. A love for the classics such as ones like this I'd done January 15th . I've gathered objects in my travels here and there knowing that some day the inspirations will hit, they always do. I channel art through "Chiaroscuro" I love the drama between light and darkness. My approach in portraitures are the same.
